Chris and Staff:

Here is a picture of my birthmom. I look identical. My mom always told me that I did, but now I know how much thanks to you both. I am so appreciative of your time and work.

I want to thank you Chris for taking the time with me and giving me advice and sharing your wisdom in this area. I am sure you will hear from me again!

I want to thank you for the conversations you had with me and for making me comfortable enough to follow through. I appreciate the information you obtained for me, and cannot believe there was so much of it. You are good at what you do and I wish you lived in Washington state as I would hire you to interview all my witnesses! You are also very nice, and I am so very appreciative.

Thank you, MS/CA
Dear Chris
Greetings from Down Under. As most adoptees want to know their BM first now that you have found her for me its now time for the birthfather. I have found out from my BM that HL ( the man she put down as my father ) was one of two likely candidates and as it turns out he cant be the father as she has sent me some photographs of the other candidate and there is no doubt who the father is as we look exactly alike. She doesn't remember much about him but says he was older, would be in his eighties now. He looked like Dean Martin, great sense of humour, big drinker. Lived with his mother in San Jose ( on a street with a number for the name, ie, 14th street) and worked in Lompoc (this she remembers as he always cracked jokes about it). She doesnt know what his occupation was etc. His name was RL she says but doesn't know middle initial or anything else about him (and I am not sure if the spelling of surname is correct). Is it possible to do a search with so little information?
Let me know. Thanks, SB/CA

PS. Thanks a million again for ALL the information you
provided.

OFCOURSE ITS POSSIBLE!! Might take a while but if you
don't try you won't ever know.

Dear Chris,

You found my biological Mother for me on April 10, 2002. I flew to New York to meet her on April 22, 2002. It was a good reunion that turned to a wonderful relationship. We visited each other on many occassions and she came to my wedding in October, 2003. We spoke on the telephone every week and truly got to know each other. It was amazing how much we had in common. She went on to have two more children and it was surprising that I looked the most like her. I lost my Mother when I was 8 years old and had the opportunity to have a "special" relationship with my biological Mother.

On June 11th, the Lord took her after suffering a massive stroke on June 1st. I flew the next day to NY and spent 4 days with her. Although she never woke, I would talk to her and rubbed her head and she squeezed my hand. She knew I was there.

I have a brother and sister, 2 nieces and 3 nephews. I will continue with that relationship and I am sure we will have good times together in the future.

I would like to thank you for an amazing opportunity that meant so much to me for so long. Know that what you are doing, does bring joy.

Sincerely,

RS/NYC
